Chicken For Fruit Salads
|Whole chicken breasts||2 Large|
|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1. Place chicken in medium skillet; sprinkle with salt. Pour juices into skillet. Cook until boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until chicken is tender, about 20 minutes.
2. Remove chicken from skillet; cool. Remove meat from chicken, discarding bones and skin.
