Spinach Salad With Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
  Basil flavor olive oil/Regular olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon, or pressed
  Spinach leaves 3 Quart, stems removed (10 To 12 Ounce)
  Hard cooked eggs 3 Large
  Croutons 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Garlic Flavored)
  Finely shredded parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, and garlic. Add spinach.
2. Shred or finely chop eggs. Scatter eggs, croutons, and cheese onto spinach.
3. Mix salad, adding salt and pepper to taste.
