Classic Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  Anchovy paste 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Light mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Romaine lettuce head 1 Small, torn
  Shredded cheese 2 Tablespoon (Parmesan And Romano)
  Whole wheat croutons 12
Directions

1 Mash the anchovy paste and garlic with a wooden spoon in a large wooden salad bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Stir in the mayonnaise.
2 Add the lettuce and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the cheese and croutons and serve at once.
