Green Papaya Salad

Ingredients
  Unripe green papaya 300 Gram, peeled and cut into very fine matchsticks, juliennes
  Green birds eye chilies/4 hot green chilies 7
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)
  Dried roasted peanuts 2 Tablespoon, roughly crushed
  Dried shrimps 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Large cherry tomatoes/1 large tomato, cut into slices 6 , quartered
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped palm sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Take a few chillies and garlic and pound roughly in a mortar and pestle or process very briefly in a blender.
Set aside in a bowl and repeat until all the chillies and garlic are used up.
Mix in the raw papaya.
Stir in the peanuts, dried shrimps and tomato, mix well.
Make a paste of the palm sugar (can substitute with jaggery), fish sauce and lime juice.
Add to the papaya mixture.
