Orange Salad With Onion And Olives

  Oranges 2 Large, pared and thinly sliced
  Shredded lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Pitted ripe olives 8
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash

Arrange orange slices on lettuce; top with onion and olive slices.
Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container; drizzle over salad.
