Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 2 Pound
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Pimiento 3 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

1.Drain and chop sauerkraut.
2.Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in a large mixing bowl; beat until thoroughly blended.
3.Add sauerkraut, celery, onion, green pepper and pimiento to mixture in bowl; stir well.
4.Refrigerate for 2 days.
