Minted Cucumber And Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely snipped fresh mint/1/2 teaspoon dried mint flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Pepper white 1 Dash
  Cucumber 1 Medium, thinly sliced
Directions

Mix all ingredients except cucumber; cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving, stir in cucumber.
Place in serving dish; garnish with additional mint if desired.
