Wilted Lettuce Salad
|Bacon slices||4 , cut up|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Leaf lettuce||2 Bunch (200 gm), shredded|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Fry bacon until crisp in a 10" skillet.
Mix eggs with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add to skillet and heat until hot.
Remove the skillet from the fire; add lettuce and onions.
Toss 1 to 2 minutes, until lettuce is wilted.
