Frozen Cranberry Salad
|Cream cheese||12 Ounce (1 1/2 Package)|
|Whole cranberry sauce||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (Or 1 Large Can)|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Small marshmallows||11 Ounce (1/3 Of A 16 Ounce Package)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cream cream cheese with sugar; add cranberries, pineapple, walnuts.
Mix together thoroughly.
Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows.
Pour into a large pyrex dish (9" x 13") or salad mold.
Freeze about 8 hours.
Let sit at room temperature a few minutes before serving.
