Watercress Dressing For Tossed Salads

Ingredients
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon (fresh)
  Mayonnaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, coarsely ground
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In blender, blend green onion, watercress, parsley and mayonnaise.
Mix with remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Chill.
