My absolute favorite summer salad. Unique and easy!

Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Steak sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heart of romaine 1
Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2
Directions

Preheat grill to medium-hot.

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, mustard, A1 sauce and salt and pepper. Slice Romaine in half length-wise, leaving stem intact. Generously brush cut side of Romaine with dressing. Place on grill, cut side down for 2 minutes. Turn, grate Parmesan cheese over the tops, close lid and grill 30 - 60 seconds, or until cheese is melted. Robin is in a lovely setting where she is inspired to whip up the Classic Caesar salad which has a personal twist to it. As mentioned in the video this is a cool salad to indulge in summers after the tough winters have left.
