Three Bean Salad
|Cut green beans||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cut wax beans||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Kidney beans||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Vegetable oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vinegar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Mix the liquid vegetable oil, vinegar and sugar in a small mixing bowl until the sugar dissolves.
Set it aside.
Use a large bowl that can be sealed to mix the remaining ingredients.
Layer half of each type of bean and half of the onion slices.
Layer the last half.
Pour the liquid mixture over the beans.
Seal the bowl and shake it up.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator upside-down.
Turn the bowl over in the morning.
