Easy Mariner'S Salad

Ingredients
  Torn spinach 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Cooked white fish 12 Ounce, cut in to 1 inch chunks
  Carrot 1 , cut into 1 1/2-long julienne pieces
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low fat plain yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lemon 1 , sliced
Directions

In a large bowl, gently combine the spinach, fish, carrots and onions.
For the dressing, in a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, parsley and garlic.
Drizzle the dressing over the spinach mixture.
Gently toss until coated.
