Easy Mariner'S Salad
|Torn spinach||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Cooked white fish||12 Ounce, cut in to 1 inch chunks|
|Carrot||1 , cut into 1 1/2-long julienne pieces|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low fat plain yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lemon||1 , sliced|
In a large bowl, gently combine the spinach, fish, carrots and onions.
For the dressing, in a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, parsley and garlic.
Drizzle the dressing over the spinach mixture.
Gently toss until coated.
