Whole Grain Pasta Salad

  Ground sirloin 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg 1
  Rolled oats 1 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Grated coconut 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sunflower oil 3 Tablespoon
  Whole grain pasta 3 Pound
  Bananas 2
  Young spinach 3 Tablespoon
  Roasted salted peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 1⁄2 Pinch (Generous Pinch)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)

Thoroughly mix the meat with the egg, oats, washed and drained raisins, 1/2 tablespoon of the coconut, 1/2 teaspoon of the curry, the basil and 1/2 teaspoon of the salt.
Form balls the size of walnuts, roll them in the remaining coconut and brown until crisp in 2 tablespoons of the oil.
Cook the pasta 10 minutes in 6 cups of boiling salted water, then drain.
Peel the bananas and cut 1 banana into thin slices.
Wash and sort the spinach, drain well and cut into thin strips.
Mix the pasta with the meatballs, the sliced bananas and the peanuts in a bowl.
Break the remaining banana into pieces and puree in a mixer with the sour cream, mustard, honey, remaining curry, 1 pinch of salt, the pepper, lemon juice and the remaining oil.
Mix the banana sauce and spinach with the salad ingredients.
