Chefs Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients
  Finely shredded cabbage 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Cooked ham/Chicken / tongue 1⁄2 Pound, cut in julienne strips, 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long
  Cheddar cheese/Jack / swiss cheese 6 Ounce, cut in julienne strips, 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long
  Diced red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced peeled cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Caraway seed 2 Teaspoon
  Chef's dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a salad bowl, combine cabbage, ham, cheese, onion, cucumber, and caraway seed.
Prepare dressing; pour over cabbage mixture and toss gently.
Garnish with olives.
