Chefs Coleslaw Salad
|Finely shredded cabbage||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Cooked ham/Chicken / tongue||1⁄2 Pound, cut in julienne strips, 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long|
|Cheddar cheese/Jack / swiss cheese||6 Ounce, cut in julienne strips, 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long|
|Diced red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced peeled cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Caraway seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Chef's dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced black olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a salad bowl, combine cabbage, ham, cheese, onion, cucumber, and caraway seed.
Prepare dressing; pour over cabbage mixture and toss gently.
Garnish with olives.
