Summer Potato Salad

This is a perfect salad for summer. The name is summer potato salad. It is easy and healthy recipe. You can mix some fresh and some dry ingredients to make this salad.
Ingredients
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Potatoes 1 Pound, cooked, chilled and diced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add and combine the potatoes with celery, onion and ham dices. Mix well.
2. In a small bowl add and combine the mayonnaise with dijon mustard. Season it with salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Stir the mayo-mustard mixture into the potato salad and mix until just combined.

SERVING
4. Serve this salad immediately or refrigerate until served.
