Oriental Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Safflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), pressed
  Oriental fish sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried mustard 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixer bowl place together oil, vinegar, soy sauce, egg, garlic, fish sauce and mustard.
2) Process the vinegar mixture until well blended.

SERVING
3) Serve the dressing, with desired salad.

TIPS
The fish sauce may be purchased in Oriental grocery stores or select supermarkets.
