Moulded Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Thaw strawberries.
Press-1 cup of the berries through a fine-meshed sieve with the back of a wooden spoon.
Slice remaining berries.
In saucepan soften gelatin in water; heat to dissolve gelatin.
Stir in the mashed berries, lemon yogurt, and honey.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in the sliced strawberries.
Turn mixture into a 3-cup mold.
Chill till gelatin mixture is firm.
Unmold salad onto serving platter
