Super Strata Salad

Ingredients
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Torn lettuce 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Canned chunk style ham 13 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and broken up (Two 6 3/4 Ounce Cans)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Sliced mushrooms 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Whole wheat croutons/Any flavor packaged croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

For dressing, in screw-top jar combine tomato sauce, vinegar, mustard, basil, Worcester shire sauce, onion juice, and salt.
Cover and shake; chill the dressing.
In a large bowl layer half of the torn lettuce,half of the ham,half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the sliced mushrooms, and half of the croutons.
Repeat layers with remaining lettuce, ham, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and croutons.
Drizzle some of the dressing atop and toss.
Pass remaining dressing
