Caper Tuna Salad
|Canned tuna||21 Ounce, drained (Three 7 Ounce Cans)|
|Seedless grapes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Capers||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Sliced green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
In a large bowl, mix together tuna, grapes, celery, capers, and onion.
In a small bowl or jar, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and mustard; add salt and pepper to taste and blend well.
Cover and refrigerate salad and dressing separately for at least 2 hours.
