Blt Chicken Salad
|Parsley herb dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Iceberg lettuce head||1 Medium, shredded|
|Shredded cooked chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooled|
|Bacon||1⁄2 Pound, crisply cooked and crumbled|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, peeled, seeded, and diced|
Make dressing, cover, and chill for several hours.
Place shredded lettuce in a salad bowl.
Peel, pit, and slice avocado and place on lettuce with the chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and avocado.
Pour over dressing, toss well, and serve.
