Avocado Papaya Salad

  Lime juice 6 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Bitters 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Avocados 2 Medium
  Oranges 3 Medium
  Papayas 2 Large, peeled, halved, pitted, then cut in quarters lengthwise

Combine lime juice, honey, and bitters.
Peel and pit avocados; cut in large chunks.
Add avocado, turning to coat.
Remove peel and white membrane from oranges; lift out sections.
Arrange 1 papaya section on each of 6 salad plates; top evenly with avocado mixture and orange slices.
