Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in small pieces (Raw)
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned pimiento 4 Ounce, minced (1 Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

1. Cook cauliflower in boiling water 2 minutes.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Chill before serving
