|Tomato slices||4 , chilled|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Basil/Oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Fresh Or Dry Crumbled)|
|Mushrooms||8 Large, sliced|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Arrange tomatoes in overlapping rows on serving dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, and basil or oregano.
Arrange mushroom slices on tomatoes.
Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice.
