Pea And Cheese Salad

|Cooked peas||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned Or Fresh)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Safflower oil/Corn oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Corn oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Chill the peas thoroughly in their liquid, then drain off juice.
Dice cheese about the same size as the peas.
Combine peas with remaining ingredients except lettuce and toss gently.
