Garden Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 3 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon-style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked cubed chicken/Turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Torn romaine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Torn bibb lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cauliflower flowerets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red onion 1⁄2 Small, sliced and separated into rings
Directions

For dressing, in small bowl combine lemon yogurt, skim milk, parsley, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Chill.
Season chicken or turkey lightly with salt and pepper.
On 4 individual salad plates, arrange chicken or turkey, romaine, bibb lettuce, cauliflower, alfalfa sprouts, and onion.
Spoon dressing over each serving.
