Green Bean And Feta Saute

Ingredients
  Cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Inch)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red bell pepper strips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crushed red pepper 1 Dash
  Canned quartered artichoke hearts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Canned vegetable broth/Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Finely crumbled feta cheese 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add green beans, onion, bell pepper, and crushed red pepper; saute 3 minutes.
Add artichokes and broth; cook about 30 seconds or until liquid is reduced to 2 tablespoons.
Stir in lemon juice; sprinkle with cheese.
