Avocados With Ham Salad

  Diced boiled ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Radishes 4 , thinly sliced
  Thinly sliced water chestnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms 7 Small, sliced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ripe avocados 3 Medium
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon

Mix first 5 ingredients.
Peel avocados, cut in half and pour a little lemon juice over each.
Fill with ham mixture, and serve on salad greens, if desired
