Avocados With Ham Salad
|Diced boiled ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Radishes||4 , thinly sliced|
|Thinly sliced water chestnuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||7 Small, sliced|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ripe avocados||3 Medium|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Peel avocados, cut in half and pour a little lemon juice over each.
Fill with ham mixture, and serve on salad greens, if desired
