Stir Fried Beef And Apple Salad

  Rice vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped chives 2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Honey/Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Beef top round steak 8 Ounce
  Non stick cooking spray 1
  Toasted sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Red apple 1 Medium, cored and thinly sliced
  Cracked black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Torn salad greens 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Mixed)

For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine rice vinegar, salad oil, chives, soy sauce, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
Cover and shake well.
Set aside.
Trim fat from meat.
Cut meat into thin bite-size strips.
Coat a large skillet with 'cooking spray.
Add sesame oil to skillet.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Add meat.
Cook and stir in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until meat is slightly pink in center.
Add apple slices; cook and stir about 1 minute more or just until heated through.
Sprinkle meat mixture with pepper.
To serve, divide the mixed greens among 4 dinner plates.
Arrange meat mixture on top of greens.
Shake dressing; drizzle over salads.
