Two Berry Salad
|Raspberry flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned whole berry cranberry sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then chill until thick and syrupy.
With a wire whip, stir in cranberry sauce, then mix in sour cream, nuts, and orange peel.
Evenly spoon mixture into 6 individual molds (1/2-cup size) or a 3 to 4-cup mold.
Cover and chill until firm (at least 3 hours).
Unmold on a serving platter and garnish with watercress.
