Spicy Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 450 Milliliter (1 3/4 Cup)
  Tarragon vinegar 200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Onion 1 Small, quartered
  Whole bay leaf 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper/Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put all ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at CHOP until onion and bay leaf are chopped.
