Dried Corn Salad

In 4-cup glass measure, heat water at HIGH for 4 minutes or till boiling.

Let stand 1 hour; do not drain.
In 2 1/2-quart casserole combine com and liquid, cabbage, green pepper, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and salt.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 7 minutes, till boiling.
Cook at MEDIUM (5) for 7 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
Drain before serving.
