Hot Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
  Pineapple chunks 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Butter 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Put the pineapple, sugar and flour into a pan.
Mix thoroughly.
Add Cheddar cheese and dot with a little butter.
Pour juice from pineapple over all and cook over low heat 15 minutes until thick.
Do not cook too fast.
