Simple Moulded Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Gelatin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Grapefruit juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 1
  Philadelphia cream cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Walnuts 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  French dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Boil sugar and water for 3 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Combine both with juices and salt.
Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
