Curried Chicken Salad
|Torn salad greens||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Mixed)|
|Cooked chicken||12 Ounce, cubed|
|Canned jellied cranberry sauce||4 Ounce, chilled and cut in 1/2 inch cubes (1/2 Of An 8 Ounce Can)|
|Light raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salted peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange yogurt||4 Ounce (1/2 Of An 8 Ounce Carton)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
Section orange over bowl to catch juice.
Slice banana diagonally and dip in reserved orange juice.
Place salad greens in large salad bowl.
Arrange orange sections, banana, chicken, the cranberry cubes, raisins, and peanuts atop salad greens.
To make dressing, combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt, and curry; chill.
Pass dressing with salad.
