Fruit Pasta Salad With Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
|Cooked macaroni shells||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Torn lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bibb / Boston)|
|Pear||1 Small, cored and coarsely chopped|
|Sliced fresh strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Low fat lemon yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Poppy seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
If the macaroni is still warm, rinse it under cold running water until cool.
In a salad bowl, combine the macaroni, lettuce, pears, strawberries and celery; set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, orange juice and poppy seeds.
Add to the macaroni mixture.
Gently toss until coated.
