Pitas Stuffed With Chicken Apple Salad
|Cooked cubed chicken breast||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Red apples||2 Medium, cored and chopped|
|Canned crushed pineapple in juice||8 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low fat lemon yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Nonfat mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery seeds||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat pita breads||4 (6 Inch)|
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, apples, pineapple and celery.
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise and celery seeds.
Add to the chicken mixture and toss until well coated.
