Ingredients
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Chutney 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked cubed chicken 6 Ounce
  Crumbled goat cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Pears 2 Small, cored and chopped
  Chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. To prepare dressing, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chutney, mustard, vinegar, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
2. In medium bowl, combine chicken, goat cheese, pears, onion, and celery. Add dressing; toss to mix well.
