All Green Salad
|Canned whole green beans||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|French dressing||4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Lettuce head||1 Small|
|Spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded, uncooked|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Avocado||1 , diced / sliced|
|Cucumber||1 , sliced|
|Canned artichoke hearts||4 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
Drain liquid from can of green beans and fill can with French dressing.
Return green beans to refrigerator to marinate 2 hours.
Wash greens well, drain, and refrigerate.
When chilled and crisp, tear lettuce and spinach into salad bowl.
Drain green beans, saving the dressing.
Add curry powder to dressing.
Add green beans, avocado, cucumber and artichoke hearts.
Toss, using only enough dressing to moisten.
