Ingredients
  Torn iceberg lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Torn romaine 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Thinly sliced zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 3 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Italian salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In large salad bowl combine lettuce, romaine, zucchini, radishes, mushrooms, and green onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss lightly with Italian dressing to coat vegetables; sprinkle blue cheese atop.
