|Torn iceberg lettuce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Torn romaine||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced zucchini||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onions||3 , sliced|
|Italian salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large salad bowl combine lettuce, romaine, zucchini, radishes, mushrooms, and green onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss lightly with Italian dressing to coat vegetables; sprinkle blue cheese atop.
