Chicken Luncheon Sandwich
|Chopped cooked chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded wisconsin cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Green onion||1 , chopped|
|Pimiento||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine chicken, cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, pimiento, mayonnaise and yogurt in large bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir until well blended.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
