Ingredients
  Torn mixed greens 12 Cup (192 tbs), washed and dried (Red Leaf, Romaine, Frizee, Radicchio, Arugula / Bibb)
  Citrus vinaigrette 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 4 (Leaves Curled)
  Chopped herbs 2 Tablespoon (Cilantro, Basil, Rosemary, Thyme)
  Plum tomatoes 2 , diced
Directions

Just before serving, toss lettuce leaves with Citrus Vinaigrette.
Top with curly-leaved onion and sprinkle lightly with herbs and diced tomatoes.
