|Torn mixed greens||12 Cup (192 tbs), washed and dried (Red Leaf, Romaine, Frizee, Radicchio, Arugula / Bibb)|
|Citrus vinaigrette||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onions||4 (Leaves Curled)|
|Chopped herbs||2 Tablespoon (Cilantro, Basil, Rosemary, Thyme)|
|Plum tomatoes||2 , diced|
Just before serving, toss lettuce leaves with Citrus Vinaigrette.
Top with curly-leaved onion and sprinkle lightly with herbs and diced tomatoes.
