|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red onion||1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger wine vinaigrette||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In salad bowl combine torn salad greens, broccoli buds, bean sprouts, sliced mushrooms, onion rings, and green pepper strips.
Pass Ginger-Wine Vinaigrette to drizzle over all.
