Broccoli Sprout Tossed Salad

Ingredients
  Salad greens 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red onion 1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger wine vinaigrette 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In salad bowl combine torn salad greens, broccoli buds, bean sprouts, sliced mushrooms, onion rings, and green pepper strips.
Pass Ginger-Wine Vinaigrette to drizzle over all.
