Salmon Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Medium, cooked, peeled, and cubed
  Hard cooked egg 1 , chopped
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Sliced)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Cottage dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Canned salmon 16 Ounce, drained, boned, and broken into chunks (1 Can)
  Green pepper To Taste
  Green pepper rings 2
Directions

In large bowl combine potatoes, egg, celery, carrot, and onion.
Add Cottage Dressing to potato mixture, tossing lightly to coat.
Gently fold in salmon.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Place atop green pepper rings on individual salad plates; garnish with carrot curls and additional green pepper, if desired.
