Grilled Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Squash zucchini/Yellow squash / both 4 Medium, sliced
  Zucchini/Yellow squash 4 Medium, sliced
  Spanish onion 1 Medium, halved and cut into large chunks

  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced roasted red peppers 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar/Apple cider vinegar/ white vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

On heavy-duty aluminum foil or on broiler pan, arrange zucchini and onion.
Brush with savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with oil.
Grill or broil 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp-tender.
In large bowl, toss cooked pasta, vegetables, roasted peppers and vinegar.
