Grilled Pasta Salad
|Squash zucchini/Yellow squash / both||4 Medium, sliced|

|Spanish onion||1 Medium, halved and cut into large chunks|

|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced roasted red peppers||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar/Apple cider vinegar/ white vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
On heavy-duty aluminum foil or on broiler pan, arrange zucchini and onion.
Brush with savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with oil.
Grill or broil 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp-tender.
In large bowl, toss cooked pasta, vegetables, roasted peppers and vinegar.
