Tuna Salad Spread
|Flaked cooked tuna||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Nonfat mayonnaise||3 Tablespoon|
|Celery stalks||1 , finely chopped|
|Shallots||2 , finely chopped|
|Minced fresh cilantro/Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna and mayonnaise until well combined and smooth.
Stir in the celery, shallots and cilantro or parsley.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors.
