Tuna Salad Spread

Ingredients
  Flaked cooked tuna 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Nonfat mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Celery stalks 1 , finely chopped
  Shallots 2 , finely chopped
  Minced fresh cilantro/Minced fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna and mayonnaise until well combined and smooth.
Stir in the celery, shallots and cilantro or parsley.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors.
