Autumn Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Canned lychees 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned mandarin orange segments 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Honeydew melon balls 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Asian pear 1 Large, cored and cut into chunks
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Plum wine 1 Tablespoon
  Plum sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Mint sprigs 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

Preparation Combine all fruits in a bowl.
Cover and chill.
In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients.
Cover and chill for 2 hours for flavors to blend.
Just before serving, pour dressing over fruit and stir to mix lightly.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
