Imperial Chicken Salad
|Cooked chicken||12 Ounce, cut into strips|
|Potatoes||4 Medium, cooked, peeled, and sliced|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , sliced|
|Chopped dill pickle||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Capers||1 Tablespoon, drained, rinsed|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
In large bowl combine chicken, potatoes, sliced eggs, pickle, celery, onion, capers, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Blend together mayonnaise or salad dressing and lemon juice; stir mayonnaise mixture into salad.
