Festive Potato Salad
|Mushrooms||8 Medium, washed and diced|
|French dressing||85 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Potatoes||6 , peeled, diced and cooked|
|Green apples||2 , cored and sliced|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Orange||1 , peeled and segmented|
|Hard-boiled eggs||2 , shelled and sliced|
|Carrot||1 , peeled and grated|
|Pickled onions||6 Small|
|Celery stalks||1 , diced|
|Tomatoes||2 , sliced|
1 In a salad bowl, place diced mushrooms.
2 Put the French Dressing and let stand for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3 Combine the potatoes with the mushrooms and dressing.
4 Add sliced apples and cover with lemon juice to prevent browning.
5 Add all the other ingredients.
6 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
7 Serve chilled on lettuce leaves.
