Tater Bean Salad
|Italian dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|French fries||16 Ounce, frozen (1 Package)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , sliced|
|Canned cut green beans||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat the dressing in a large skillet and add the fries.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Combine the mayonnaise, salt, horseradish, mustard and pepper in a small bowl; stir into the fries.
Add the eggs, beans and onion to the skillet and toss lightly to coat; sprinkle with paprika.
